I recently discovered a fresh & functional new brand, City Seat. I had to share this with you guys because they’re born & bred in Brooklyn, made in America, and can make our daily lives just a little bit easier. My favorite part about it? The personalization. Right now, they’re the only personalized bike seat cover on the market. To quote Ian from What A Girl Wants, “why fit in when you were born to stand out?” Word, Ian. Check it out below.

winter can take us into a slump. whether it be our gym routines, social lives, or our wardrobes that suffer- it really takes a toll! that’s why i’ve tried to snag a few out-of-the-ordinary pieces that i can wear in the winter. pieces that bring back that fuzzy feeling (& even feel fuzzy!) pieces that add a little fun back into the woes of winter. i think it worked – see for yourself below. i fully embrace the RBF all day, but sometimes you just can’t take yourself too seriously!
twirl tuesday // a {bold} color becomes a cool accent

on my tippy toes, can you tell i’m ready to twirl?! i’m giving off all sorts of vibes – & my mischievousness can’t be hidden from the camera.
the bold red becomes a cool accent. add the DIY bow belt & I’ve created a fresh take on a classic look. as a New York City kitty, I can’t stress enough how much I love black. black & white is about as classic as it comes. but I have a penchant for adding just enough flair to make an ensemble my own. {sun}day in soho // clothing that is necessary

fancy @ the flatiron // {florals} + felines

this may be my favorite photoshoot to date. what’s not to love?! florals, felines, & the flatiron, oh my! as you can see by my Instagram posts leading up to this & the title here, I am all about the F’s. all of the alliteration, all of the Fs. little did I know these were a few of my favorite things! somehow I’m feeling fancy in this outfit, but why? all it really is is a Target blazer over the easiest white tee & flowy skirt combo in all the land.
to me, it’s fancy because of the mix of textures & angles. it’s not about what you spent, where you’re going, or even why you’re wearing it. it’s about how you pair everything together – attitude included. and yes, playful counts!
back to classics // always {simple} & chic
it’s always fun to get all dolled up & put on your fanciest frills, but sometimes the most stylish looks we want to emulate [see: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley] are the simplest. hence, why they look so effortless. so I’ve put together a few tips based on one of my easiest summer outfits. homies, I’m taking it back to classics.
